Where to buy local food in Milton Keynes

Nothing beats being able to shop for tasty, fresh local food. Here in Milton Keynes, there are four farmers markets, with more in development.

Visit the Country Markets too - every Friday from 8am-12noon in Wolverton at the Old Bath House Community Centre and every Thursday in Olney's market square from 8.30am-12.30pm. Local small scale producers sell a range of delicious home made items from preserves and cakes to small veggie plants to get your own food producing garden going!

The Ethical Food Company is a local food delivery company who source local, organic and fair trade products from in and around Milton Keynes. They have very high sourcing standards.

Big Barn is a good web resource for finding local producers who can sell direct to you from the farm gate or shop.

If you know of anywhere else - please let us know!
